This Privacy Policy generally describes the policies and procedures for the collection, use, and disclosure of your data ("Data") through Robrita ("Robrita.com", "we", "our" or "us") services, websites, content, community, and applications (collectively the "Services"). We receive Data about you ("you", "yourself", "your company", including "your users") from various sources, including: (i) your use of the Services generally; and (ii) from third-party processors, sub-processors, and affiliates (collectively, "Third Parties"). The information we collect through your use of the Services includes message data and related content, application data, and user data, including information that personally identifies you ("Personal Data"). By using our Service, you are consenting to the collection, storage, transfer, manipulation, and analysis of your Data and Personal Data and in certain cases, disclosure and sharing of this as described herein. Data We Collect

 

Data is collected by us in connection with your use of our Services in order to analyze message and application data received through the Service, deliver and personalize the Services for you, communicate updates about the Services to you, and generally operate the Services in accordance with our Terms of Service located at https://www.robrita.com/terms.html. Any Data that we collect from you is used solely in connection with the delivery of our Services and we make every commercially reasonable effort to safeguard this Information, keeping such Information in secure, offsite, storage facilities that share our respect for your Information and international privacy laws.

 

Processing of Personal Data

 

By providing your email address either directly, or indirectly through our integration with Third Parties (i.e. Slack, Google, Facebook, etc.), you are providing us with a minimum requirement needed to validate your identity so you can access some Services. You are also providing us with a method to communicate with you, including any interruptions in our Services that may affect you, inform you of upgrades to Services provided by us, including, but not limited to updates to this Privacy Statement. Every communication you receive from us includes the ability to opt out and stop receiving further communication from us, in strict accordance with international law. While we may collect Personal Data that can identify you by your name and email address or other parameters, we do not collect any Data that will identify you by gender, or birthday. Further, you will only be required to provide your address, country, and postal code, in order for us to securely process a payment for your use of certain Services that require a payment from you.

 

We collect and help you manage incoming and outgoing message data which may include text, graphics, photos, audio, video, and specific attributes that identify you. We transcribe the data we collect in order to help you view, analyze, learn from (as humans, or using Artificial Intelligence), and respond to such data.

 

Application Data

 

Application data is collected directly or collected from a data transer through Third Parties that enable us to deliver some or all of our Services. We also provide developer code you can integrate into your own applications that will uniquely identify you and enables us to send and receive application data necessary for the delivery of our Services.

 

IP Address and Cookies
 
We may automatically receive and record data from your web browser when you access our Services, including your IP address. We collect and store IP address data and that data is not made public. It is used for logging and network management. We may deliver cookies to your computer automatically through your web browser when you access our website. Your browser stores cookies which enable our servers to recognize your web browser and tailor our user experience and Services to you automatically. Our cookies do not by themselves contain Personal Data, and we do not combine the general data collected through cookies with other Personal Data to tell us who you are.

 

Security Management
 
Our website, our applications, and any integration with a Thrid Party is protected by 128 bit SSL security encryption. This is the same level of security maintained by banks. Further, a real human (not a bot) monitors the flow of Data regularly and receives notifications 24 hours a day when attention is needed to ensure continuity of Services, including the protection of Personal Data. All Data that we receive and send is stored in GDPR compliant storage and management facilities.

 

Data Management

 

Managing data is core to our Service which includes integrations with Third Parties who also maintain comparable compliance policies and procedures to our own (Collectively, "Data Services") and equally care to protect your Personal Data in accordance with international laws. Certain Data made available by Data Services is shared with us to enable us to deliver Services and we share Data with other Data Services solely in connection with your use of our Services.

Circumstantial Sharing Of Your Data

 

We reserve the right to access, read, preserve, and disclose any Data as reasonably necessary to (i) satisfy any applicable law, regulation, legal process or governmental request, (ii) enforce our Terms of Service, including investigation of potential violations thereof, (iii) detect, prevent, or otherwise address fraud, security or technical issues, or (iv) protect our rights, property or safety and those of our users and the public. This includes exchanging information with other organizations for fraud protection and spam/malware prevention. You will be notified when your Personal Data may be shared in this capacity. Notwithstanding, we will never share any personally identifiable information publicly without your written consent in strict accordance with Terms of Service, and our Data Processing Agreement.

 

What Data Can I Access or Delete?

 

Cookies: You can access and delete cookies through your web browser settings. Most browsers have an option to disable cookies, which will prevent your browser from accepting new cookies, as well as (depending on the sophistication of your browser software) allow you to decide on acceptance of each new cookie in a variety of ways. We strongly recommend that you keep cookies active because they enable us to deliver reliable Services.
 
Message Data: You can access all message Data and related content which we collect through your use of our Services. We have made all this data fully accessible through our website interface located at https://www.robrita.com/messages/ You will have to authenticate with a Data Service Service to be able to access all of your message Data through this interface, while such data may be stored in Slack, should you use our Slack Integration.
 
Service Account: You can request a full deletion of your account in connection with our Services, including any Personal Data that we have collected in connection with your use of our Services. By means of a dated and signed written request (email is acceptable to [email protected]), you can, after giving proof of your identity and free of charge, request the correction of any particulars that are incorrect, incomplete or irrelevant, or the removal of your Data from our computer systems, servers, and the Services in general. Notwithstanding, limited Data may be retained by us indefinitely, even if you terminate your access and/or use of the Services, but we would only use this Data in aggregate form, that is, in a manner that would not identify you personally. This enables us to maintain data integrity in our reporting and in order to analyze, optimize, and improve the delivery of our Services.

 

What Happens When There Are Changes To This Privacy Policy?
 
We may amend this Privacy Policy from time to time. Use of Data we collect is subject to the Privacy Policy in effect at the time such Data is used. If we make changes in the way we collect or use Information, we may notify you by posting an announcement through the Services, or by email, if you provided your email to us. Any user of our Services is bound by any changes to the Privacy Policy when he or she uses our Services after such changes have been first posted and regardless of whether we send or you receive any notification.

This Privacy Policy does not apply to the practices of Data Services or other third party integrations (collectively, "Third Parties") that we do not own, or control, or to individuals that we do not manage, or employ. We facilitate access only to Third Parties that share our respect for your privacy and international laws, yet we cannot take responsibility for the privacy policies of Third Parties. We encourage you to carefully review the privacy policies of any Third Party stated in this policy and in connection with your use of our Services. Further, while we make every commercially reasonable effort to protect your Data, we do not guarantee or warrant that such techniques will 100% prevent unauthorized access to Data about you that we store.
